Introduction
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personal information responsibly.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, process, disclose, and otherwise handle information when you access or use the CALL-E website, products, application programming interfaces (APIs), software, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
CALL-E is a calling subagent platform that enables task-based phone communications, conversational automation, workflow execution, and related communication capabilities. The Services are provided through the CALL-E platform (“CALL-E,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
The Services may involve AI-generated or automated voice communications, telephone calls, call routing, speech processing, transcription, summarization, workflow automation, and related communication tools. Because the Services may process phone numbers, call metadata, caller ID information, recordings, transcripts, summaries, prompts, and AI-generated outputs, this Privacy Policy describes how such information may be handled.
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that your information may be collected, used, and disclosed as described in this Privacy Policy.
Our Role in Processing Information
CALL-E may process information in different roles depending on the context. For account registration, billing, website operation, support, security, compliance, fraud prevention, service improvement, and business administration, CALL-E may act as an independent controller of information.
For call tasks, workflows, prompts, recipient information, call content, transcripts, summaries, structured outputs, and other information processed on behalf of a user or customer, CALL-E may act as a service provider or processor, subject to the user’s instructions, the applicable product configuration, and any applicable agreement.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right, consent, authorization, notice, or other lawful basis required to provide information to CALL-E and to use the Services in connection with any call, communication, workflow, recording, transcription, summary, or AI-generated output.
Data Minimization and Purpose Limitation
CALL-E adheres to the principles of data minimization and purpose limitation. We collect and process only the personal information that is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
When the Services are used for task-based communications, CALL-E collects only the information essential to complete the requested task. CALL-E does not collect or retain personal information beyond what is required for the specific task requested by the user, unless otherwise authorized by the user or required by applicable law.
Information collected during a conversational interaction is not used for purposes unrelated to that interaction without separate, informed consent.

The specific information processed depends on the product features used, the user’s configuration, applicable integrations, the call flow, the recipient’s interaction, and the service providers involved in placing, processing, or supporting the call.
Sensitive and Special Category Data
CALL-E is not designed to process special categories of personal data as defined under Article 9 of the GDPR, including racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, health data, or data concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation.
However, because the Services involve conversational AI agents that interact with users and call recipients in natural language, the content of conversations may inadvertently include sensitive information. For example, when booking a restaurant, a user may mention dietary restrictions, food allergies, or accessibility needs. When scheduling medical appointments, call content may reveal health information.

Legal Basis for Processing
To the extent CALL-E processes personal data as a controller, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Consent: Where you have given consent to the processing of your personal data for a specific purpose, such as optional marketing communications or optional call recording features;
- Performance of a Contract: Where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party, such as providing the Services you have requested;
- Legal Obligation: Where processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which CALL-E is subject, such as tax record-keeping or regulatory requirements;

- Legitimate Interests: Where processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by CALL-E or a third party, such as fraud prevention, service security, platform integrity, and service improvement, provided that such interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
Where CALL-E acts as a processor on behalf of a user or customer, processing is conducted in accordance with the user’s instructions and the applicable agreement.
You have the right to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing conducted before withdrawal.
AI and Automated Processing
The Services may utilize artificial intelligence, machine learning, speech recognition, speech-to-text, large language models, text-to-speech, voice generation, workflow automation, orchestration, classification, extraction, post-call analysis, and other automated technologies to generate conversational responses, execute workflows, process communications, transcribe audio, summarize calls, analyze interactions, and support other platform functionality.
In connection with these activities, information provided by users or processed through the Services may be used to generate AI responses, voice outputs, transcripts, summaries, structured outputs, workflow results, and other automated results. Depending on configuration and service availability, call-related information may be processed by CALL-E and by service providers that support telecommunications, speech recognition, AI model processing, voice synthesis, cloud hosting, security, monitoring, logging, analytics, and support.
Users are responsible for reviewing and validating any outputs generated through the Services before relying on or using them.
Phone Number Handling
CALL-E uses phone numbers as needed to place, route, receive, complete, troubleshoot, support, secure, and analyze requested calls and related workflows. Phone numbers may appear in call records, call metadata, telecom routing records, service provider logs, support records, security records, billing records, abuse-prevention records, and user-requested call summaries where applicable.
CALL-E does not sell phone numbers or place phone numbers on third-party marketing lists. We may share limited phone number and call-related information with service providers that help us operate the Services, including telecommunications providers, communication platforms, virtual number providers, SIP providers, cloud infrastructure providers, AI processing providers, speech processing providers, voice providers, security and logging providers, analytics providers, payment providers, and customer support providers.
Phone number retention depends on the nature of the information, how the Services are configured and used, operational needs, legal obligations, security requirements, abuse-prevention needs, billing or dispute requirements, and applicable service provider retention practices. Where appropriate, CALL-E may delete, anonymize, minimize, or restrict phone number data when it is no longer needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Caller ID and Telecommunications Infrastructure
CALL-E may place calls through telecommunications carriers, communication platforms, virtual number providers, SIP providers, and other service providers. Depending on the country, carrier, device, caller ID database, spam-detection tool, CNAM database, third-party caller identification service, device contacts, or historical number record, a recipient’s device may display a phone number, geographic label, business name, individual name, or other caller ID information.
A displayed caller ID name does not necessarily mean that the named individual personally placed the call or currently owns the number. CALL-E does not intentionally impersonate private individuals. We may review and update caller ID presentation practices to improve clarity and reduce confusion where technically and commercially feasible.
Recordings, Transcripts, Summaries, and Outputs
Depending on how the Services are configured and used, CALL-E may process or generate call recordings, transcripts, summaries, structured outputs, post-call analysis, call outcomes, AI-generated responses, and related records. These materials may be used to provide the requested call result, support users, troubleshoot issues, monitor quality and abuse, maintain service reliability, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our policies.
Certain features or configurations may allow recordings, transcripts, summaries, or other call-related records to be disabled, minimized, deleted, or retained for different periods. Where such settings are available, the applicable retention or storage behavior may depend on the selected configuration.
Model Training and Service Improvement
CALL-E may use call-related data, usage data, AI-generated outputs, logs, and interaction data to maintain, secure, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve the Services, including reliability, latency, routing, abuse detection, speech processing, workflow performance, and product functionality. Where feasible and appropriate, we use aggregated, de-identified, or minimized data for improvement purposes.
CALL-E does not sell call content or phone numbers. We do not permit third-party AI providers to use call content for their independent model training except where disclosed, configured, authorized by the user or customer, or permitted by applicable provider terms and applicable law.
