Sounds Like a Human
I’m CALL-E
Less thinking, more doing CALL-E handles the calls, you live your life.

I’m CALL-E, named after WALL-E — that earnest little robot who just kept trying his best in a messy world. But instead of compacting trash, I make phone calls.
Unlike voice platforms built on rigid scripts and robo-calling, I treat every call as a goal-driven task. You tell me what you need done, and I handle it end-to-end — adapting in real time, sounding realistic, empathetic, and localized to whoever I’m speaking with.
Integrate through our SDKs, APIs, or MCP, and give your agents the ability to interact with the real world over the phone.

FAQ
How do I use CALL-E?
Get started here: docs.heycall-e.com/
Can you integrate directly with SDKs and APIs?
Yes. You can directly integrate CALL-E using our SDKs and APIs.
This allows you to:
- Create calling tasks programmatically via API/SDK
- Get structured results back from phone calls
- Embed CALL-E into your existing workflows (CRM, agents, automation, backend systems)
It’s designed for developers who want CALL-E as an infrastructure layer instead of a standalone UI tool. Refer to docs.heycall-e.com/ for more information.
Is CALL-E safe?
Yes, our infrastructure meets leading international standards, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, PDPA, IMDA, and CSA, ensuring full compliance and continuous protection.
What is your pricing?
New CALL-E users receive 100 free credits when they sign up.
After that, CALL-E pricing consists of two parts: a Call fee and a Success fee. Call usage is calculated in 10-second increments.
The Call fee covers the cost of making the phone call, including carrier charges and AI/model usage. A small preparation and pre-connection cost may apply even if the call does not connect.
The Success fee is charged only when the goal of the call is actually achieved.
For example, if CALL-E is asked to make a restaurant reservation, simply reaching the restaurant does not count as success. The Success fee applies only when the requested reservation is successfully confirmed.
If the goal is not achieved, there is no Success fee, although Call fees may still apply.
Can I use my own phone number, SIP, or caller ID?
CALL-E supports caller ID and number usage in a few different ways depending on your setup.
Purchasing numbers through CALL-E (recommended)
- Buy a new phone number directly on the platform
- Number is assigned to your account
- Simplest setup (no external telecom configuration required)
SIP / Telecom provider integration (advanced / B2B)
- Connect your existing SIP trunk or telecom provider
- Use your own infrastructure for call routing
- Supports fixed caller ID configuration depending on carrier setup
Important notes
In most cases, you cannot directly link an existing personal phone number. This is due to telecom compliance + identity verification requirements. SIP-based setups are typically used for business / infrastructure-level integrations.
Compliance & call permissions
Depending on region:
- Inbound calls → available immediately after number assignment
- Outbound calls → require KYC verification before activation
- Additional risk control may apply based on country/carrier rules
How many calls can CALL-E make at the same time?
The number of simultaneous outbound calls depends on how CALL-E is connected:
- Shared CALL-E number pool: 1 simultaneous call
- A phone number purchased through CALL-E: up to 10 simultaneous calls
- SIP integration: CALL-E does not impose a concurrent call limit
These limits refer to the number of calls that can be active at the same time. They do not refer to how quickly new calls can be started.
The shared number pool is primarily intended for development and testing. For production use or larger call volumes, customers should use a dedicated phone number purchased through CALL-E or connect their own SIP infrastructure.
Customers who need a larger-scale setup can contact the CALL-E team.
Important terminology
“Concurrent calls” simply means calls happening at the same time.
For example:
- A concurrency limit of 1 = only one active phone call at a time.
- A concurrency limit of 10 = up to ten active phone calls at the same time.
